- Testing, scanning, or attempting to discover vulnerabilities in CleanUp Pro systems or networks, or bypassing security measures;

- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from CleanUp Pro software;
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the application or other users' access through methods such as flooding, spamming, or introducing malicious code;
- Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or other unauthorized methods to access or extract data from CleanUp Pro;
- Distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful software through or in connection with our application;
- Transmitting unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or promotional content;
- Providing false, misleading, or deceptive information, including spoofing or phishing attempts;
- Sharing content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or is otherwise unlawful;
- Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity or affiliations;
- Collecting or harvesting personal information from other users without consent;
- Violating any local, national, or international laws or regulations; or
- Assisting or encouraging others to engage in any of the above prohibited activities.
Content Monitoring and Compliance
While we do not have an obligation to actively monitor all user activities within CleanUp Pro or review user-generated content, we retain the right to do so when necessary for operational purposes, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms of Use.
Corrective Actions: We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to removing content, restricting access, or terminating accounts, when we determine that content or behavior violates these terms. Such actions may be taken immediately and without prior notice at our sole discretion.
We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use or activities that negatively impact CleanUp Pro or its users. When appropriate, we will cooperate with legal authorities in pursuing enforcement actions against users who violate applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and expect all users to do the same. Our policy includes taking action against accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or other intellectual property rights, which may include permanent account termination.
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to CleanUp Pro. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features or the entire application at any time. Significant changes to these Terms of Use will be communicated to users through appropriate channels.
Limitation of Liability
CleanUp Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to provide a quality user experience, we cannot guarantee that the application will be error-free or always available. Users assume responsibility for backing up important data before using cleaning features.
